Wolsport Knee Support Sleeve review!

Hello everyone! For the past few weeks, I have been able to test out the Wolsport premium knee support sleeve in return for an honest review. This sleeve comes in two different sizes, with a size chart on their Amazon page. It is of elastic material, 50% spandex, 25% elastic band, and 25% nylon. The sleeve conforms to the natural shape of the knee and comes in a sleek black color.

I am a runner and a nurse, two combinations which equal havoc on my knees. I have been experiencing lots of pain in my right knee due to IT band syndrome and runner's knee. I used ACE wraps and ice but nothing really helped the pain, especially while I was running.

I was excited to be able to test out this product but nervous that it would not work as well as I had hoped. I was wrong. The first step was to measure my knee to figure out the right size. I ended up measuring 40.5 cm, right in between a medium and a large. I chose the medium because I figured it would stretch out a little bit and give me a little bit more compression. (if you are in the same situation as me, I suggest you do the same.)

The moment it came in the mail, I put it on my right knee as I was heading out to to work. The compression was perfect, providing me with elasticity to move and walk around without any difficulty and stability that I so desperately needed. I noticed instantly the difference it made at work, the next test for this sleeve was to use it while running.

The sleeve was put to the test during an easy and relaxing two mile run. I was nervous that the constant bending of my knee would be very uncomfortable but it wasn't too bad. I wouldn't wear this on a run longer than an hour though, definitely post run with a side of icing. The compression was just right and was very breathable, no retaining of heat that a lot of other sleeves do.

Overall, I was very happy with this sleeve and how much it has helped me with my knee pain and swelling. Wearing this at work and post runs along with some ice and elevation, it was a perfect combination for relief. I suggest this for anyone who is experiencing knee pain from being on their feet all day or anyone who has a lot of impact to their knees from running or weight lifting. Make sure to see your doctor if the problem persists to make sure the problem is not serious.
